BOIC Unexpected Exit

I have a Win 10 system that had some pop up communication related errors and I thought that it appeared to more on the BOINC side than the Project App / Work Unit side. I reloaded BOINC and then my BOINC would not connect with the Client or would not stay connected. I then uninstalled BOINC and reinstalled ... no change. I can't see the error log as it won't connect to the Client.
The exit error states "The BOINC Client has exited unexpectedly 3 times in the last 5 minutes. Would you like to restart it again ? "
Is there a way to look at the the error log contents via the BOINC program folder ? Or does anyone have a suggestion for me ?

You can find the various log files in the BOINCData folder. The folder has a Hidden attribute by default.
You probably need to set the folder View attribute to view ALL FILES/FOLDERS to see it and its contents.
In a default BOINC Windows install the above folder is located in C:\ProgramData\. >> Full path C:\ProgramData\BOINCData\ <<
The main BOINC "log" file is named stdoutdae.txt. The backup file for that is named stdoutdae.old.
Use Notepad or a 3rd party text editor such as Notepad++ to open the file. The file can be quite large in size and it might take one to two minutes to load.
Oldest information is at beginning/top of file.
The other "log" files in the BOICData folder are listed below. Most should have a 0 byte length.
