I have two account in Rosetta stone, I have BOINC running WCG and Rosetta Stone on a number of computers. WCG is running fine with 1 acct/ Cross Project ID. But I have 2 CP ID's in Rosetta Stone and I am flummoxed on what to do to combine them

In fact, just checked, one of the 2 CP ID's is the same as my WCG CP ID.

Don't think it is possible to combine your two accounts. I would delete the one that doesn't cover both projects.

Further to what Dave has said:
It is possible to have as many computers on one user account, and be connected to as many projects as one likes with that account (use the same email address when joining all the projects).

Given the way computer id's are generated that can happen, but is very rare.
