I just purchased a new iMac running the new Apple M1. The BOINC software installed properly but I am not able to run any Projects. Can anyone give me some direction? Some projects, the task software is 32 bit. CPDN is one of these but has no tasks currently for any OS. Worth checking the details on individual projects. Mojave is the most recent MacOS that will work with these projects. Longer term CPDN has a new task type that is 64bit. One might hope that other projects currently only 32 bit are also working to make the transition. |

Would you happen to know which projects work on the Apple M1? |

Thank you, yes Einstein@home works. Do you know when any others will follow? |

Thank you, yes Einstein@home works. Do you know when any others will follow? Presumably the ones which use a virtual image should run but whichever OS one uses with them, there seem to be some hoops to jump through. - Haven't yet worked out why the ones I have tried are not working. |
