BOINC Version:
I am running BOINC 7.16.20 x64 and widgets ver: 3.0.1 along with Virtual Box.

System Specs:
Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Display Adapter: Nvidia GEForce RTX 3060
I recently reinstalled everything but this has not solved my problem

Problem:
I am currently running BOINC@TACC, Climatepredictions.net, World Community Grid, & LHC@Home. My understanding is that the first three projects are low on units but LHC@home is running – BOINC is telling me that it is completing units. However, the graph on the statistics tab is telling me no units have been completed and the LHC website says the same. The events log is saying I do not have enough disk space allocated.

Here are my statistics:
Drive C free space: 271GB
Computing preferences in BOINC set to: Use no more than 25GB

BOINC Events Log:

There are at least 3 settings for disk usage and the most restrictive wins.

The best bet is to only set one value and to null the others, so -

Use no more than - 25 gb

Leave at least - null

Max % - null

When it comes to CPDN, it is worth noting, credit once you have tasks gaining it, is only calculated on a weekly basis currently. Andy was working on a script to change this to daily but nothing has happened in a long time after this news emerged though that script is working on the testing site.

Hello Dear Boinc and SETI@Home friends,

I used to contribute a lot to boinc for a long on multiple computers and stopped for a while. I even rent some external boxes to run it.

I have Rosetta Stone, Einstein, Milkyway@home and i watch live seti videos and i've read misc. articles about Inteligent Life beyond our reality.
I live at farm and some work friends together already saw an UFO and I also had my share of experiences.

Anyway, I changed from linux to unix because I wasn't able to use GPU but still I can't receive SETI updates on boinc.
What should i do?

Thanks,
Carlos

Thank you for the information. I was already looking for logs, computer info and other things.

So could you please tell me if the only source of contribution is SETI.ORG?

Regards,
Carlos

There are lots of projects you can sign up to that do worthwhile work. My personal main focus is climateprediction.net though apart from those of us on the testing programme they are out of work at the moment. You can find a non exhaustive list of projects here.
