May his efforts inspire others to continue our various scientific endeavors via BOINC projects, no matter how small they may seem now, for generations to come! |

Thank you CTHULHU. Scott inspired me - to be better all around, to care about what's important to me and for others. He truley was the best, he was selfless and gave without ever wanting anything in return. Scott made me want to do more with my life... He did so much with his time, and it made me think about what I was doing with my own time, which was always doing things for myself. Now, I want to be more like Scott. He shared his knowledge freely. In fact one of the last conversations with him was about his efforts in what he called "doing work for the greater good"... I called it his humanitarian work to shorten it up... Scott said "When you do somehting for the greater good, don't boast. Always share your knowlege freely...If the shared knowledge helps humanity then the knowledge should always be free....The world is pulling for you." - Matthew Scott Drannon |
