Not surprised any longer. And of course it will stay down for many hours, since WCG does not seem to have anyone on call. System error World Community Grid is currently experiencing an unexpected error. Please check Facebook or Twitter for more information. Not acceptable for a project that was rock solid under IBM. It's clear by now, that the Krembil/Jurisica team are not capable of fixing all the issues, during and after the migration. I guess the uptime will be less than 2 days though.... The BOINC part of the project isn't affected by the website going down though. I saw yesterday in the WCG 'helpless' official gripe board "Cyclops" posting something to the effect that they still have their technology group looking into the download errors and will post a new message once it's fixed. This was after several days of users confroning them on last week's post that it was fixed. It seems there is no communication between anyone at WCG and active users are dropping like zombies on the day after Halloween. ID: 110136 ·
