Back on Dec 11, 2021 the statistics for World Community Grid stopped showing any increases in User Totals (flat line on graph). On Dec 27, 2021, the Statistics for MilkyWay@Home stopped showing any increases as well These are the only two projects I'm running. I'm assuming that the results from both are being reported since it keeps downloading and computing new tasks. How can I be certain, though, that these are truly being reported and being credited to my account? I have the same IP, the same WiFi set-up, and everything else seems to be the same as before. Looking at World Community Grid, it shows that I stopped reporting results on about 12/08/2021. I can't seem to find that info on MilkyWay@Home. I have no idea what installing as a Service means.

1) You might have a split Cross Project ID (CPID).
or
2) You have disabled/not allowed GDPR and or account PRIVACY settings at World CommunityGrid (WCG) and Milkyway.

It is similar to the one below* on most BOINC projects. WCG has a slightly different setup and WCG also has the GDPR check boxes that must be enabled by editing your project settings and checking the box(es) to enable.
* Should [PROJET NAME HERE] show your computers on its web site?

Please post the first 30 or so lines from when you start BOINC. That would help us help resolve this faster.

Haiweepp

Both of those projects show small recent credit increases when I look at your BOINCStats personal page. It looks like you did have a nonproductive gap.
