Back on Dec 11, 2021 the statistics for World Community Grid stopped showing any increases in User Totals (flat line on graph). On Dec 27, 2021, the Statistics for MilkyWay@Home stopped showing any increases as well These are the only two projects I'm running. I'm assuming that the results from both are being reported since it keeps downloading and computing new tasks. How can I be certain, though, that these are truly being reported and being credited to my account? I have the same IP, the same WiFi set-up, and everything else seems to be the same as before. Looking at World Community Grid, it shows that I stopped reporting results on about 12/08/2021. I can't seem to find that info on MilkyWay@Home. I have no idea what installing as a Service means. 7.16.11 ( x64) OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042 Other OS Description Not Available OS Manufacturer Microsoft Corporation System Name LAPTOP-UE0DNNKU System Manufacturer HP System Model HP Laptop 15-ef1xxx System Type x64-based PC System SKU 4J5Q2UA#ABA Processor AMD Ryzen 3 3250U with Radeon Graphics, 2600 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s) BIOS Version/Date AMI F.42, 5/13/2021 SMBIOS Version 3.2 Embedded Controller Version 99.41 BIOS Mode UEFI BaseBoard Manufacturer HP BaseBoard Product 8706 BaseBoard Version 99.41 Platform Role Mobile Secure Boot State On PCR7 Configuration Elevation Required to View Windows Directory C:\windows System Directory C:\windows\system32 Boot Device \Device\HarddiskVolume1 Locale United States Hardware Abstraction Layer Version = "10.0.19041.1151" User Name LAPTOP-UE0DNNKU\haiwe Time Zone Pacific Standard Time Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 16.0 GB Total Physical Memory 13.9 GB Available Physical Memory 8.37 GB Total Virtual Memory 16.0 GB Available Virtual Memory 7.52 GB Page File Space 2.13 GB Page File C:\pagefile.sys Kernel DMA Protection Off Virtualization-based security Not enabled Device Encryption Support Elevation Required to View Hyper-V - VM Monitor Mode Extensions Yes Hyper-V - Second Level Address Translation Extensions Yes Hyper-V - Virtualization Enabled in Firmware No Hyper-V - Data Execution Protection Yes Projects Involved - World Community Grid and MilkyWay@Home |

1) You might have a split Cross Project ID (CPID). or 2) You have disabled/not allowed GDPR and or account PRIVACY settings at World CommunityGrid (WCG) and Milkyway. It is similar to the one below* on most BOINC projects. WCG has a slightly different setup and WCG also has the GDPR check boxes that must be enabled by editing your project settings and checking the box(es) to enable. * Should [PROJET NAME HERE] show your computers on its web site? Please post the first 30 or so lines from when you start BOINC. That would help us help resolve this faster. |

Haiweepp Both of those projects show small recent credit increases when I look at your BOINCStats personal page. It looks like you did have a nonproductive gap. https://www.boincstats.com/stats/-1/user/detail/30749783019/projectList Bill F |
