Hi, As I cannot reply to any thread I can find for gerasim project I create a new one. Does anybody know how to create a new accout for project gerasim? When I try add project and want to create new user I get the error 'check you email or password' - of course, it does not exist, yet. When I try to create account on the website I just get 'error'. The forum is completely in Russian, which I cannot speak or read. Any idea? Thank you! |

I've just accessed the web site by clicking on the big BOINC logo in the top left corner of this page, then Science projects under Learn near the top-middle of the page, then down the list to Gerasim@Home. Their home page has 2 items dated October 2021, one of which has a picture of a big cooling fan set. Lots of English text on the page. Didn't try to join, because I'm not interested. |

I think that project has been dead for years. The project is definitely not down, website is completely working -> https://gerasim.boinc.ru/ Server status shows all servers running and thousands of running work units. |

Thanks. Yes right this is all working. But unfortunaltey when using 'create account' one just gets error after send. Creating account when adding the project in Boinc does also not work. There is some English on the website but the forum is completely in cyrillic unfortunately. |

I also just tried with google translator to create an forum account but don't get any email for my registration or password reset or so. Completely unfunctional. Maybe I need to use a VPN from Russia. Maybe the Russians want to stay on their own.. :D |
