Can'tswitch from Investor to Solo

I have over the 5000 amount required to switch from Investor to Solo and I am unable... I have tried to reset it, make it to the project window, but Iam unable to complete it it. the "next" button doesnt highlight. Sorry for the ignorance. Anyone,please help. Thanks, Bord ID: 104494 ·
