I recently upgraded from my MSI Radeon 860 to a ASUS Radeon RX 5500XT

Ever since then my projects that use the GPU all think I have 2 cards installed!

I've tried removing Boinc, and reinstalling resetting all my projects. Even deleting all my projects, and deleting Boinc, rebooting and re-installing to no avail.

Boinc and any projects say I have 2 GPU's 0 and 1.

Any suggestions on clearing this up?

Machine is W10, AMD 2700x CPU, 32GB Ram, 1x AMD 5500XT GPU

It sounds like you have two separate drivers installed for your single graphics card. I'd suggest you use something like Display Driver Uninstaller to tidy things up, and then install (or allow Windows 10 to install) a single driver for the new card.
