I have 4 computers computing and 3 of them have "capable" graphics card

Nvidia GTX 460 R2
Nvidia GTX 1650 (mobile)
ATI Radeon HD 5400 R5 210 (mobile)

Both Nvidia's work but not the ATI (AMD), it enabled and here's part of the event log

Requesting new tasks for AMD/ATI GPU
Scheduler request completed: got 0 new tasks.

this happens every time, and I updated the drivers to the latest driver for this card, does anyone know how to fix this?

Asteroid's GPU work is Nvidia-only, as the app is written in CUDA. The project is down right now anyway.

MilkyWay requires double-precision, aka FP64 compute capability. I don't think your Radeon has it, and that's why you can't get work there.

I don't know what Moo is doing these days, but my guess again is that Radeon isn't compatible, maybe it's just too old.

So i checked the specs online, and your right, the 5400 doesn't have double precision, but from what i looked at its completely compatible with Moo!, i got some Nvidia tasks for my Nvidia GPU's but not amd, thanks for the feedback!

If you want to contribute to other projects,
Try Yoyo, it's pretty compatible with older hardware.
Also, check out https://www.boincstats.com/
On the left, there's a section 'status schedulers'.
It'll allow you to get links to some projects that aren't listed in the Boinc Manager (in case you tried all projects in Boinc manager), and see which projects have work available.
The project pages and individual forums should allow you to see what hardware needs the projects have.

Thanks, but my problem is I want to use my GPU. and yoyo can't use the GPU. also, I found out my GPU is a Radeon HD 6370m, but Boinc thinks it's a 5400.

The AMD Radeon HD6370M is a renamed ATI HD5470. Blame AMD.
If you can figure out what the requirements are for the projects you want to run, you can use this cheat sheet to look for which drivers to use. Although they may not all be available anymore from AMD's site, and certainly not work with Windows 10.
