Am trying to use AMD Radeon RX 5600M on primegrid. It appears that work is requested in the preference file, but that no work is getting sent.

Am I missing something?

Your problem is with your settings at PrimeGrid:

Make sure you have a check in the box for AMD/ATI GPU on the Default Venue AND one or MORE boxes checked for ATI/AMD GPU Applications.

His chosen GPU is also the weakest thus default not used

so he'll need help adding use_all_gpus to cc_config.xml (which I can't do from my phone)
