Hey everyone,

I've been having an issue getting a project up and running so that I can just test out the test_app 'uppercase'. I am using Debian 10 and followed the cookbook exactly. After creating my project with make_project I even tested it with check_project and everything checked out.

The command i used to create the project was :
./make_project --url_base=http://127.0.0.1/ --test_app uppercase

I followed all the finishing steps written here: https://boinc.berkeley.edu/trac/wiki/MakeProject

When I go to my browser to connect to 127.0.0.1/uppercase or 127.0.0.1/uppercase_ops I get a 404 error. What could I possibly be forgetting?
I want to be able to use the boinc client to connect to this project and perform the example_app jobs
