I've been participating in Seti-at-Home for about 15 years. Since they went into hibernation I decided to look for another project(s) to participate in. Unfortunately, I can't find the correct email address/password combination. I've tried every email address I've used over the years to no avail. I went to the page that would send me email based on my user name (that i do remember) but received no email. When I tried to create a new account it complained that my user name already existed. I'm using a Mac. I found a page that indicated I could log in using an authenticator key from a .xml file, but that file doesn't exist on my computer (I tried a find). How/where can I get help with this? |

Each project is separate and distinct. Any account you had at SETI is unique: it can't be used at any other project. Simply sign up to any project that interests you as a 'new user'. It does help if you use a consistent email address across all projects, but it isn't essential. Just use the one that you are most comfortable with at the moment. |

When I tried to create a new account it complained that my user name already existed.Which project was this with, World Community Grid? Because they are about the only ones I know where a unique username is required. All other projects the email address is unique, but everyone can call themselves Jord. |
