If you have a laptop or desktop using an Intel IGP, it is highly recommended that you bypass the vendor's drivers.
If you have an HP laptop, drivers get released in following order:
Intel releases new driver every 2-6 months.
Windows is 1 year behind.
HP only delivers the driver which was available at the time of the creation of the device and 1 or 2 updates in the next 1 to 2 years.

If you rely on HP, you may be running with over 1 year old drivers.
If you have a fairly modern CPU (Atom, Celeron, Pentium N, core m3, Core i3,5,7,9), you should visit Intel's download site for the driver here;

Scroll down to the bottom of the page, to verify if your CPU is listed as compatible.

Main issues corrected in the last year and more:
- Reduced flickering in games.
- WDDM 2.7 compliant and ready
- Latest game enhancements, feature updates, and fixes
- Compatible with most Windows 10 updates from between April 2018 to May 10 2020 (and later)
