A bit arcane for non-UK folk but nevertheless, How many letters to 1922 committee have been written by Johnson's supporters to make sure the vote is held before the by-elections? |

I'd rather doubt any were. Boris has been totally eclipsed, publicity-wise, by the royal Jubilee over the last few days - and he was even booed on arrival at one event. I think he was planning some eye-catching announcements of future goodies over the next few days, to remind the punters what they like about him: but now he's only got time for a quick pep-talk to his own MPs in private before the vote. I doubt that'll do much good - the payroll vote will probably see him past this bump in the road anyway. The question is - how long will he survive after that? Margaret Thatcher and Theresa May both survived their initial vote, but neither could hang on for long. |

A bit arcane for non-UK folk but nevertheless, 54 or more, or in other words 15% of the 359 members of Tory party. |

Funny. There's a carbon copy of everything we do at https://boinc.n-helix.com/forum_index.php, but I doubt that Berkeley gave permission to someone in Iceland to do this. |

Yes, I have noticed that site before, and wondered why the site is a copy of this site, and if it's really allowed to do what it does. It's been there for years if I remember correctly. Maybe DA should be informed, if he doesn't already know about it. |

It can be a grade one pain in the furniture polisher to get an "unauthorised" overseas mirror shut down so DA may have tried in the past and has given up on the never ending struggle :-( |

Same here, the n.helix site is totally in sync with this site. Seems in sync now but when I checked a thread this morning from the BOINC-client thread this morning the most recent post showing was from yesterday so possibly a temorary glitch. |

You guys do realise all sites are copied to the likes of "waybackmachine"? Google (used to?) cache all sites too. So I think you'll find it's not against any laws whatsoever. I can view this site now for free, so I can store it, so I can show it to anyone later. Copyright © 2022 University of California.
