BTW, I had to verify e-mail to make this post. No issues.

That's the latest in anti-spamming measures, and it's working well, thank goodness.
Bit of a shock when you get the "verify" though. :)

Pfizer. Had symptoms of omicron, but don't have lab to say which.
Actually got my booster the day before I had my first symptoms. My timing always sucks.

Well the "good news" is that with your infection and the boost when you weather this thing you will probably be superman with regards to covid.

Now, I don't know what your symptoms are, but having had my booster on the 1st of January, my side effects have been so far:
- severe headache
- pain in eyes
- dizziness
- sweating
- painful arm
- best killing mood

I'm sure they're side effects, not an actual covid infection. I also know I shouldn't try my self test as that one will probably be positive due to the mRNA crap Moderna put in my body.

Present, fever, chills, headache, severe night sweats, sniffles, scratchy throat, malaise, tender spot at the injection site, positive antigen test

After my first dose of Pfizer after one minute had a hot flash that lasted about five minutes plus sore spot that spread along lymph into the neck; after the second dose, only a sore spot.

m(essenger)RNA doesn't have the antigen. Both antigen and PCR tests will be negative with any of the vax, unless you have covid. The immune response test however should show you as hot after vax.

Jord, sorry you had Moderna, worse side effects.

My first two were Oxford-AstraZeneca.
The only problem was the injection pain - it felt like the nurses were using a very large needle and trying to push it right through my arm.

And now I'm due for the booster. And not liking what I'm reading here. :(

Didn't even have noticeable injection pain from first two (AZ) but felt grotty for two days after Moderna booster and as a result of that I tested but still negative. No proof but I believe that as well as having three jabs I also had covid in January 2020. There is evidence from sewage samples that it had been in Glasgow as early as November 2019 and I had been there over Christmas. (Actually the packed train I was travelling on returning is where I think it most likely I caught it.)

Remember no booster = 0% efficacy boost.

Jord, sorry you had Moderna, worse side effects.
I'm not sorry, the side effects of the first AstraZeneca were worse: I couldn't use my left arm for 3 days, it was just hanging there. So in context, these are normal.

Still, get well soon.

My wife and I both have had Moderna (2) and a Moderna booster with the only side effects for all 3 rounds being a little arm ache for 2 days and a listless run down no real energy for 2 days

Good Luck

I had no side effects at all with AZ but did with Moderna. This supports informal research done by my cousin who found that those who got an, "I've been Vaccinated" sticker had fewer side effects than those who didn't. I got stickers for first two but not for Moderna!

Unfit to be a parent...

Mom put teenage son with COVID in trunk for drive-thru testing, Texas officials say

While in line, the mom told the school district’s health service director that she drove to the stadium with her son in the trunk as she didn’t want to be exposed to the coronavirus while taking him to get additional testing...

A review of school security surveillance cameras captured the moment the teen moved from the trunk to the back seat ...

Police have since issued a warrant for the woman’s arrest... the woman faces a felony charge of endangering a child.
