I got 39 Beta tasks during this Beta run.

I'm still waiting on the GPU stuff....

You'll be waiting a long time before they bring out a GPU capable of holding the whole earth's climate in memory at the same time.

CPUs can virtualise memory, but GPUs can't as yet. And when they can, it'll be limited to PCIe bus speeds.

If you find that "silly little childish rules", or that if we shouldn't allow signatures we should rewrite the forum software to disable that option, then so be it. Know that aside from the rules on the left while posting, we also have some (non-written) community rules, gathered over the course of 20+ years of Seti&BOINC forums. Perhaps that while you're unable to post here you look up those rules, ask around, things like that. And learn.

Grumble: Firefox for Android got a new update and changed further. Did I finally have my favorite links gathered together on the first page I opened, have they now made that page scrollable. Half the page is now not used and the swipe scroll only works once in six grabs. Highly irritating.

Wish me luck, I have a corona test tomorrow due to having some fever spikes the past weeks. Yes, the past days (since Wednesday evening) I have been locked up in my flat, the walls are closing in on me.
