I have had McAfee block a 176.10.99.200 telling me that boinc is using this address? This has been happening now for a few days when I start up. Is this a valid address? Gary

I went here https://www.ultratools.com/tools/ipWhoisLookup and entered the ip address and this is the result

inetnum: 176.10.99.192 - 176.10.99.223
netname: ACCESSNOW
descr: Access Now Tor Exit Relay
remarks: ---------------------------------
remarks: This network is used for research
remarks: in anonymization services and
remarks: provides Tor exit nodes to end
remarks: users.
remarks: Sent abuse to: servers@accessnow.org

So if you use TOR then it is valid.
