Hi, I've downloaded the BOINC software and am trying to join the rosetta@home project. I choose it and am asked to identify my account at Rosetta@home as a new user. I insert an email address (I've tried several) and a password. When I hit 'next' it says 'communicating with project' and then I get the error "Login Failed. Check the email address and password, and try again." I can't proceed. I saw another use had a similar problem and was able to create their id on Android but I don't have an Android device. Thanks, Bill

Rosetta checks email addresses against the Stopforumspam database. Some domains are blocked on there (Verizon comes to mind). You can also not use a VPN when signing up.
