I noticed I pushed one of my GPUs slightly too hard on overclocking. Now it doesn't get any tasks anymore. Is there a way to reenable it? I've lowered the OC to below optimal values now (you could say near to stock). There shouldn't be any issue anymore, yet it doesn't get any tasks anymore? |

"Doesn't get..." begs a question. Is your client asking for work? |

It has like a few tens of jobs waiting. After lowering the OC, I had restarted the client, added the 'enable all GPUs' like in CC config, restarted again, rebooted the PC, increased my tasks, to get new ones, joined a new project that supported GPUs, Then after about 20 minutes, finally it connected. No reason why it wouldn't work before, but it's working now. |

No reason why it wouldn't work before. It's called the scheduler (source code, have fun) BOINC doesn't care about GPU speeds. It doesn't use the GPU. It merely schedules when what project is eligible to ask for work for what hardware resource. Hence the link to the scheduler. You've been here a couple hundred posts, how about trying to learn what the software does? |
