I am using acer5251 running 64 bit windows 10 home version 1909. But I cannot run the BOINC 7.14.2 (64 bit version) after I install it.
The error is "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b"

Similar to the following problem.

Can you please help me to resolve this problem.

I end up just install the 32 bit version of BOINC without Oracle VM.

I am able to resolve this issue by restarting Windows 10 (basically reinstall Windows 10) and reinstall the BOINC application.
