Hello,

Been running BOINC for Windows (not virtual-box) for years, I currently run two projects, SETI and World Community Grid.
I just got a new PC, I installed BOINC and it asks me am i using an account manager.
I don't know. how can I tell?

note: once the new PC is setup, i will format the old and pass down to my son. so keeping nothing.

Thank you in advance,

Account Managers are alternatives to the BOINC Manager.
If you look at the Manager, the top line will tell you which one you're using.

And to use one of the others, you would have had to select one, using Menu > Tools > Use Account Manager

If you've just done a straightforward installation on your new PC then you are not using an account manager. You don't need to use an account manager - in the past I've managed eight computers running BOINC without using one, others use them to control just one PC.
