So Apparently it worked only one time. It has been deactivated after a reboot and I don't know how to restart it so I'm stucked again ^^
I guess it a version problem. since cuda is not the same version than the drivers needed for fedora 31
I'm fed up with this shit. Why this cuda is still under fedora29 since 29 has been obsolete for months now. And why isn't there a version updated for each time they update their fucking drivers ^^

Hi there,
My apologies if not pertinent.

It could be that:
a- The installer never got installed, and after reboot it reverted back to the prior settings, or,
b- The installer got installed, and with a system update, older drivers were overwritten by newer.
In the latter case, in Ubuntu there's a command called 'apt-mark', which will lock certain drivers, or programs into place, even if there's a more updated version available.
If that's the case, then you'd have to find exactly which part of the RPM is being updated, and causes the breaking.
Or, perhaps use an external drive to install an older version of Fedora, to see if the issue persists even in the older version.

If Fedora is like Ubuntu, installing a new version fresh on a small SSD costs $20 for the drive, and a good 30 minutes to get the basic OS, and drivers installed.
Seems like a better solution for the moment being, until you find the solution on Fed 31.
