I've been a user of Boinc for a few years and try to let it use my machine for anything I can help with, while I'm not using it.
I have had the issue for years but am just getting round to asking for help with it.
Some of the projects I've connected with do not get any tasks but when I check the websites for the projects I don't see them as down and can see that others are still working, I think.

(not sure if the above will show or not as it does not in the preview).

Denis@Home, Milkyway@Home have no tasks at all, Enigma and Rosetta have had some tasks but then stopped. I've currently got about 20 tasks loaded for Moo !Wrapper, some yoyo and Seti and these are processing so the app and accounts are working.
As I said I've had this issue for a while.
I previously used Bam stats account manager and was using a different email address but still had this issue so closed the BAM account and changed the name and email address on each of the projects.
I've 'reset' the preferences on each of the projects accounts where allowed.
Not sure what else to do.

Boring stuff
Boinc manager 7.14.2 (x64)
Windows 10 Home 8GB 64bit operating system, but this is current, as I have changed machines and had the issue on the previous one as well so am thinking it's account related on the projects.
I'm using the Local preferences on Boinc, so what is set in the individual project's online preferences should not matter!?

If anyone can suggest a way to look into this with me then I'd appreciate it, it would just help me help the projects more.

Thanks in advance.

I think you ought to look in the Event Log, preferably with the optional <sched_op_debug> enabled.

What you've posted so far gives no idea of the individual transactions with each project server - what is requested, and what reply is received.

Two of the projects you mentioned are considered "dead":
Denis has not had any work for about 1 year now. There has been no contact with project administration for same time frame.
Enigma has not had any work in many months now and like above, no contact with project administration for about1 year.

When you do not get work from a project it is a good idea to check that project forums to see if others are not receiving work. Also a good idea to check the project server status page to see if there's work being generated and available.

(not sure if the above will show or not as it does not in the preview).

Some sites require https and other require http
for images and urls

Not sure why but if the preview does not work with https then try http and vice-versa
