System information:

BOINC 7.14.2, downloaded from official website
Windows 10 Insiders Preview 18990 (x64) with WSL
Ryzen 7 3700x
GTX 1070

---

I found this issue when noticing that BOINC manager cannot connect to localhost however long I tried to wait. I tried to run BOINC client in commandline, and it freezes after outputting the following message.

I tried to kill it from command line using Ctrl+C. After a few seconds it suddenly outputs the following message and exits. (These messages did not come up UNTIL I pressed Ctrl+C)

What are the possible problems causing this issue?

For one thing - the date of the last benchmark is "impossible" - it's 49 years ago!
