I've got a fresh install of Kubuntu 19.04 and a fresh install of BOINC v7.14.2.
Running World Community Grid.

When in Simple view, I click on 'Notices' and the window is blank.
When in Advanced view, I click on 'Notices' and the tab shows all notices.

it also crashes sometimes when switching views.

Any ideas how to get the Notices to work?
