Do check the motherboard visually, that there aren't any bulged or leaking capacitors. And that all solderpoints seem to be without breakage.
Also check that your PSU is still giving out correct power to 5V and 12V rails. HWInfo should be able to show you those values in real time.
Update:
-Radeon 19.6.2 drivers were available, so I figured why not install them. I did a clean install as well. Started up Boinc again, still got same BSOD.
-Mobo looks fine. Nothing bulging or leaking (nothing obvious at least). I didn't really check the soldering, but I looked over the mobo and nothing strange stuck out.
-5V and 12V rails (+5v and +12v on HWinfo) show about 5.088 and 12.197v, respectively. I presume those are normal.
- I ran Timespy and Firestrike to see if I could replicate the problem. I was able to complete both tests successfully.
-I then realized every time that I had started up BOINC, it would try to work on the same GPU task. I suspended the two tasks that had previous progress so I could start a fresh task. It has been running for seven minutes now without BSOD, usually it occurs within a minute.

So now I'm confused. I don't recall that I had updated drivers or Windows before BSOD, so I don't think an update would have caused the problem (this was prior to the 1902 update, so perhaps there was an automatic update of some sort I am not aware of). Additionally, when I ran DDU and freshly installed drivers, the BSOD cleared up for a period of time. It was during the weekend and I wasn't in front of my computer much, but I think it ran at least half a day, if not more.

Part of me now wonders if its possible that the GPU task is causing the BSOD in a way that other stress tests cannot replicate. If so, then how would I have been able to get past the first time I had BSOD? Time to continue for another day, but at least those on the other side of the pond can think about this while I'm asleep. Thanks again for the help!

The tasks are of which project? A specific application version?
What if you run them one by one instead of in parallel?

It is Seti (I only run Seti on that computer). Stock applications, I don't recall if it is the opencl_ati5_nocal or the opencl_ati_nocal application. I will have to get back to you on that.
What do you mean by one by one instead of parallel? I am running one GPU task on the APU (1 CPU + 1 GPU). No discrete GPUs, and the remaining 3 free cores are crunching CPU tasks.

I haven't forgotten about your problem, even though I accidentally hijacked your thread to solve my own (sorry about that). I haven't come up with anything new to try, but I haven't put much brain power into figuring it out lately, either. Perhaps now is a good time to try installing the updated graphics drivers? Just be sure you have a copy of the old drivers on hand in case you need to revert back.

Byron - the last time I saw this sort of thing was a GPU that was suffering from old-age. Given that you K4200 is probably about 4 or five years old it may be heading for the Great GPU Graveyard :-(

Rob I think you are right, time for a new GPU card.
