Tn-Grid Despite it's open since December 2013 and has constant queue, Tn-grid is not listed in boinc manager. Please, insert it |

The web site still says, just now, We would also like to thank the members of the BOINC.Italy community who are helping us in this testing phase.(my emphasis) In general, I don't think projects still in testing are admitted to the project list, so it may be this statement which is holding things up. The other things on the page (sponsorship by National Research Council, published scientific papers) look good. I suggest you advise them to remove or re-phrase the testing statement - "thanks to ... who helped us during the testing phase", perhaps? - and then to write to the boinc_admin email shown on the email list page. It's above the level of what we can do directly here. |

Admin says to me that the difficult part is to remove the /test part in url of the site. He thinked, when created project, that it was easy.... Meantime, they start 3 new sub-project: - We are going to upload a brand-new 22810x3214 dataset for Arabidopsis thaliana expression data coming from the GPL198 Affymetrix platform. A few single-gene expansions will be computed on this dataset. We are then going to compare and study the expansion of genes imputed to be homologous between A. thaliana and V. vinifera Exploiting NESSRA on the TCGA - PRAD ( https://portal.gdc.cancer.gov) human database, we aim to detect new putative drugs to treat prostate cancer. We are working on a project aiming to identify drugs that could be repurposed to treat coronary artery diseases. To do so, we are performing human gene network expansions using the gene expression dataset provided by the FANTOM project |

To have the project listed, the project admins need to contact me; see the bottom of https://boinc.berkeley.edu/projects.php -- David |
