I join most projects when they start and am used to the initial surge until the quotas settle down, but Acoustics@Home seems to break the mould. The initial surge has not settled, at base priority I'd expect to see a work unit running a couple of times a day accross my machines, but I am still seeing right now, nine units running. I've tried commenting in the project forum, but have not had a response. I'm dropping the project this weekend. It has been on a couple of my machines since late April, I can't see that this is still "Initial surge".
