Well thank you for that vote of confidence , and I am sorry that I have not treated you fairly since I became a moderator.

I will say that Chris is aware I thought long and hard about revealing what I knew. When I sent the information to SETI@Home I was asked what I thought should happen.

I suggested that Darryl Wilson should be approached privately and told what had been discovered and asked to leave SETI@Home and not return.

However the powers that be thought it was more important and that people should know what had been going on. So it was never my wish to have it brought into the open as it happened.

I then decided to say it was myself who discovered the duplicity so that the I could answer any questions as to what I had discovered and try to keep any discussions on to the facts as I had reported them.

As you may know even with me to answer questions many many false rumours were started.

So I had no wish for the affair to become public in the way it did and I am sorry that you think letting people know they had been duped for years is "grassing". Quite a surprise to me.

Darryl acting as Kenzie spun a very plausible story and took many people in. Indeed I was one of them. It was not until the 'niece' turned up and Kenzie vanish did I suspect there was anything amiss.
Not knowing the whole back story or the rationale behind the actions of those involved I am prepared to say "let it die and be laid to rest". I don't think brining it up here, or at SETI, serves any good purpose and may indeed cause hurt to some of those involved.

All I can tell you Bernie I saw photos of one of the Kenzie's or a model who was her twin, naked in foot and hand stocks with sex toys, on one of the alt.binaries groups some time ago and before I had seen any of the Kenzie's. At some point IIRC Canada changed their laws on BSDM porn and DW may have removed the photos as a result. Asked Kenzie if there were nudes of her on the net and the coy reply was they were out there.
