Following describes my situation: 1. There is only one task running on GPU (CUDA nvidia) 2. Multiple task are waiting for GPU (not running). 3. There are no task running on CPU 4. There are no downloaded tasks for CPU (sometimes none is available). I want to switch tasks that have not started on GPU ( waiting for GPU) to make them run on CPU which is basically idle. Is it possible? Or may be it is possible to increase the CPU part of the computation? Because now it shows using 0.0373CPUs+1GPU (I am running SETI: 55,346,771 credits so far) |

No, they are completely different applications. The CPU component is what's required to "feed" the GPU and handle trasnfers to/from storage. My Detailed BOINC Stats |

There is however a user made rescheduler with which you can move GUPPI tasks to CPU. See this thread on the Seti forums. |
