I come from China, am also a college student. As far as I know, many schools require students to do public welfare activities. If the BOINC and other project groups provides functions like a printed form to record personal achievement, and can be accepted by the school, the students in understanding after will inevitably influx and accomplish their tasks with it - because it is so simple and effective. Everyone can use their free time giving love and instant record. At the same time, a formal certificate can also inspire us, to stick to this activity. It do not need too complicated, is just a certificate page, with data statistics and an authorized certification. However, this may need the BOINC and other project groups assist - to provide a certificate of public welfare activities. I will do my best to put the public recommended to my friends. Pressed for time, I haven't written an English version, please forgive mistakes in machine translation. I will correct it soon. |

For many projects there is an option (on the project website) for a user to print a certificate showing credit and length of service. Some projects may also show number of tasks completed. |

I check each website these days, they do have a page with statistics. But all of these pages are no formal enough and cannot prove that I do have done it, even the existence of the website is doubtful. I can just use PS or WORD to make something like this speedy too. It's hard to use this pages without "formal authorization" to prove…(SIGH) |

For SETI on the "account" page there is "certificate" line, with three options "Account", "Team", "Cross Project". The most formal looking of these is "Account" Certificate, which give the joining date, work done in terms of credits gained, and is signed by David Anderson (SETI Project Director). However this may only be accessible to the individual member. |

Another idea is to set up a team for each class or each school, then you would be able to see each team members contribution. For example https://einsteinathome.org/community/stats/teams You can drill into each team and see membership contribution Statistic sites are described here and they can show different data. http://boinc.berkeley.edu/links.php#stats You need to be aware different projects assign values to credit differently, so comparing different projects is similar to comparing currencies. Good luck. |

You need to be aware different projects assign values to credit differently, so comparing different projects is similar to comparing currencies. without any idea of what the conversion rate is. |

Project granted credit comparison should get you started. But note:You need to be aware different projects assign values to credit differently, so comparing different projects is similar to comparing currencies. If a value in Row A and Column B is greater than 1, that indicates that project A is awarding more credit per cpu second than project B.- so no allowance is made for either project supporting GPUs. |
