Creepy stuff happening on TV in the USA: Earlier this month, CNN’s Brian Stelter broke the news that Sinclair Broadcast Group, owner or operator of nearly 200 television stations in the U.S., would be forcing its news anchors to record a promo about “the troubling trend of irresponsible, one sided news stories plaguing our country.” |

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2018/04/03/trump-says-military-will-secure-southern-border-until-wall-can-be-built.html Well, that's going to be interesting. I know our boys won't obey an unconstitutional order. |

Trump has offered his thoughts a prayers to the victims, that has worked well in the past. |

What, no posts about the muppets and their recent actions? Well, the Rump appointment to SCOTUS aligned with the liberal bloc. Maybe they should have confirmed Bama's guy? |

What, no posts about the muppets and their recent actions?A silence of shame? For one flying monkey attending to your president, the expensive red herring in the "nation's interests" did not deflect Windrush. The scandal runs deep. As for Macron? Time will tell. |

Here then: the Russians are coming! (to your computer) https://www.us-cert.gov/ncas/alerts/TA18-106A This joint Technical Alert (TA) is the result of analytic efforts between the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and the United Kingdom’s National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC). This TA provides information on the worldwide cyber exploitation of network infrastructure devices (e.g., router, switch, firewall, Network-based Intrusion Detection System (NIDS) devices) by Russian state-sponsored cyber actors. Targets are primarily government and private-sector organizations, critical infrastructure providers, and the Internet service providers (ISPs) supporting these sectors. I guess you best send your work in to Seti while you still can, before their internet is no more. :) |

Here then: the Russians are coming! (to your computer) So true. You might be shocked at how many people/places can't flash their boxes with an update. You would not be shocked at how many never change their default passwords. You would not be surprised by how many when they replace a device never change the default password. IoT is terrible, or as Martin would says IT is what we make it. I hate to think but a law requiring any device that connects to the Internet to have a default password that is a serial number and a splash screen that requires a replacement running a dictionary check to prevent guessable passwords ... |

Rump effect just went poof! https://apnews.com/560acd4deca84b609c72055522e8ccc2/Sell-off-in-industrial,-tech-stocks-sends-Dow-down-400 NEW YORK (AP) — After a strong start, U.S. stocks abruptly sold off Tuesday after machinery maker Caterpillar said it doesn’t expect to top its first-quarter profit for the rest of the year. The Dow Jones industrial average plunged as much as 619 points as investors feared that rising oil prices and other costs will slow down growth in company profits. |

as investors feared that rising oil prices and other costs will slow down growth in company profits I'd of 4t that would be fairly obvious even to a blind man ;-) |
