Greetings: I just received a BOINC notice to change a URL for a project I'm not running (so far as I know), and which apparently doesn't exist. I thought it might be another project I could support, so I entered the new URL, and BOINC said that is not a valid URL. Since there is currently a global Internet threat of ransomware, I'm wondering if that's what this is? The URL is: http://WCG_MASTER_URL_WCG/ The project is called: World Community GridWCG_ENVIRONMENT_ADDED_WCG Thank you. I am very relieved to learn that PAUL at the World Community Grid says to ignore that notice, as it was sent out by mistake. World Community Grid is currently moving its projects into the cloud.
