Yeah know all about the Essex mob :-( That's the one region I hated delivering to. Give me carrot crunching land anytime over them.

It's not called "chucking out time" for nothing...
Southend on Slime, about 4am on a weekend morning, just as the clubs are disgorging their patrons - always drive in the middle of the road unless you want your car covered in second-hand booze....

...heading back to the hotel having done a night shift - what a great start to one's "evening" (for three months I lived 12 hours out of synch with the UK, but perfectly in synch with friends in NZ)

Just reading through the local rag and came across this story , yea It's my fave " con theory " ever and it wern't no f - ing Lighthouse , any chance Col Halt released a new book last year and this story has anything at all to do with it ???? Honestly wouldn't be that would it ;-) ;-)
“It brings back old memories,” said retired US Air Force colonel Charles Halt on his return to the spot where, in December 1980, he was at the centre of a UFO mystery in Rendlesham Forest.

The bestest quote of the week there ( excludin political ones ) " old memorys " WTF it was 1980 I'd just turned 7 ( 43 now ) ain't like yesterday is it :-) :-) :-)

The spoken word can often be misheard or misconstrued, but the written word cannot.

What is the difference from modern UFO hunters & one who believes that E.T visited the earth in ancient times?

Wouldn't the craft E.T arrived in be seen as a UFO by those living at the time?

Or, more likely, magic.

As in the famous Arthur C. Clarke quote,

"Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic."

"Something unusual did indeed happen that night, but the truth is that the jury is out on it because there is not enough hard evidence one way or the other that would stand up in court at the Old Bailey. Nobody doubts what people genuinely believe that they saw, whether civilians or police or armed forces. It could have been a UFO, it could have been a secret airforce test, it could have been a lorry fire, etc etc.

Right let's start from the begining , the " incident " was more than one sighting / encounter , yea i am a very small part of that xmas WEEK 1980 can't remember what day / date it was coz was only 7 years old but remember what i saw that night and it wern't NO lighthouse that was above a group of us night fishing on " The Island " .
There was Jim Peniston's " encounter " then Bentwaters getting buzzed in a certain area there wern't spozed to be nukes ( but everyone knows they WERE kept there ) and finaly the " farmers field " Incident with Col Halt and the " meeting "

The " HALT memo " COl Halt sent to the MOD was a day or two after Jim Peniston's encounter with the triangle in the forest .
BUT that's to do with the 1st " event " think he called it " strange lights " or somethin , going off memory here and can't be arsed to google .
Wouldn't the craft E.T arrived in be seen as a UFO by those living at the time?

Now Richard it may be " rural Suffolk " but aint that different from Giggleswick ( have been up that area before so do know)
In " olden days" yea it would be called "magic" but we ain't that " yoakel " round here to call it magic , even 30 years ago !!!!! ;-) .

I know where the two "alleged " landing sites are and Mythbusters got one of them wrong and so did another doco on you tube , but that's what you get " listening " to that bum wipe Thirkette , he's been taken outside a few pubs and told to shut up ;-) .
And yea there are " old world " religions that go on round here but so the fu#k what just as belivable as any " mainstream " religion going on today :-)

Have a read of Duncan Lunan to get another aspect upon it.

same as TV shows there's loads on " You Tube " for example all with the same basic story but all with a slightly different " take " on the story :-)

Just wasting a bit of time on A.T.S missing out the B/S threads bout Manchester , Westminster and the Tower block fire in London ( yea these " places " don't take long at all to start the rumor mill turning )
I came across a new thread there about a certain " infamous " conspiracy called MJ 12 , there's lots " in the eather bout it " but here's the latest " instalment " ( least it's better than the " Truthers / NWO" Tin foil hat br4igade crap ;-) )
Here's a direct link to the thread
http://www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread1175144/pg1
And here's a link to the "alleged " document " in P.D.F
http://d3adcc0j1hezoq.cloudfront.net/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/Ultra-Top-Secret-MITD.pdf
This one goes back decades to a " infamous event " in the USA starting with a " R " and it's still going on now ( allegedly ;-) )
Download ain't that big and don't take long only 24 pages

Just came across this story and ain't saying anything ;-)
CONSPIRACY theorists, who believe there is a secret space program, have been sent into meltdown by Google images showing a fully-fledged space colony on the surface of Mars.

Both Russia, USA, and China, are working on their own space programs as we speak. So is the ESA but to a much smaller extent. We know there are military satellites up there orbiting the earth from various nations, that officially don't exist. But the rest of it is just crap..

You forgot India or don't they count and what about HOTOL or don't Britain count either , ( not very patriotic there mate ;-) ) ???

But the rest of it is just crap

That's just your opinion Chris or have you got " inside " info rofpmsl ;-);-);-);-);-);-);-);-);-);-)

( and you know very well my views on that Socialist " person " and his followers !!! )

Any female astronauts in training or are they all promised in marriage?
Well, they've just comprehensively beaten the West Indian women in World Cup cricket, having beaten the English last week.

I don't know if that'll help them get into space, but it'll give them something to brag about to any prospective husbands. Cricket bat skills should translate to a rolling pin?

I don't doubt there are spy satellites up there so that Russia and the USA can keep tabs on each other, and modern ones can image to less that 1 metre.

Where do you think i was refering to spy satalites ? Not much of a conspiracy there is there , everyone knows there's spy satalites and has been since the 60's Corrona for one .
try these links ;-)

Just a few links to 1000's of threads on it but one name does keep apearing and it's intreginging to say the least
Bigelow Airspace Space stations

Bigelow that name's tied in with quite a lot and he owns the " Skinwalker Ranch " if you know about that place
