Hi so have a clean install of headless Raspian and added boinc-client, added my account manager (BAM) and all the projects are there, including Word Community Grid.

But no tasks...?

I cant see a boinccmd for the Event Log, how do I see whats occuring?

Thanks.

Have you run BOINC on Raspberry Pi / Raspbian before? Not all projects support it, WCG for example doesn't. Check the project list for "Linux on ARM" or "arm-unknown-linux-gnueabihf".

You can check log messages with "boinccmd --get_messages".

I have used Pi before but I remember now I had put Android on it, darn!

Thanks. Anyway is there an Event Log on the command line BOINC?

I'm not sure, I think you have to add --redirectio to the client to redirect the event log output to the stdoutdae.txt file, otherwise it's output to the terminal window you start the client in and nowhere else.

But having said that, check it there's anything recent in stdoutdae.txt, it should be in the data directory (wherever that is on the Pi).

If you installed it via the package manager the BOINC logfile is, where every logfile on Linux should be, in /var/log/.
