BOINC projects are among the wonders of the scientific world. But too few people are even aware that they exist.

Projects need to get articles about what they are doing into social media so that the world can see how great they are.

I promote BOINC and WCG projects on my sciencesprings blog whenever I see an article in social media, Facebook, RSS feeds, whatever.

I recently did a post on this article by Johnnie Chamberlin, PhD, where he attempted to bring some new awareness of Citizen Science at BOINC and WCG.
