Hello, I'm not sure how to word this question, but here goes. I have a dual core machine, and I have an application that is an old 16bit windows program that I run on Windows2000. The problem is that I would like to have one of the 1 cores always processing, and the second follow the preferences set as begin working after 1 minute idle time. The only settings I can find are for both cores and the second core need not be suspended when I am actively using the PC. Any thoughts on how I can get around this, or is this not possible in the current version? If it's not I would like to make a suggestion to add it, as I'm sure I'm not the only person who would like the 2nd of a dual core to be the primary boinc handler and the other run when idle. |

It's not possible (yet). You can only set your preferences to use either both cores to run (at idle) or only 1. |
