I've just added a new server running boinc v7.2.42(x64). When I run boincmgr and click on user average or user total I only get data from when the server started crunching data. The other systems, which have been running for longer, show much more history for user. Will this new system eventually show the same amount of history? |

The other systems, which have been running for longer, show much more history for user. Will this new system eventually show the same amount of history? The BOINC Manager project history is based on the 'on-host' daily histories [Statistics Tab] ** which are kind of the numbers pulled from the project server per last contact of the UTC day [IIRC]. ** Can be set in cc_config.xml to be maintained over a different period... got it set as 90 days with <save_stats_days>90</save_stats_days> (Maybe there's a bug in later clients, because v7.6.22 and v7.6.2 only show the last 30 days, from Dec.20 at this time.) Edit: BOINCTasks does show 90 days of daily history, BOINC Manager does not... very odd. Coelum Non Animum Mutant, Qui Trans Mare Currunt |

Thanks SekeRob2. None of the systems I'm running has a file cc_config.xml in the path /var/lib/boinc. Two are running v7.2.42(x64) under Fedora 23 and two are running v6.2.15(x86) under Centos5.5. All are displaying the past 30 days apart from the latest addition which is displaying 11 days. Many thanks for your response. |
