I've downloaded the source using git.

Also ran _autosetup.

During configure I see the warning below. Is it an error? What am I missing?

checking if CFLAG '-include fcgi_stdio.h' works... no
configure: WARNING: fcgi-stdio.h not found.

The message is a warning that the fast CGI components are not build. This is only critical if you want to use the fast-CGI enabled components. For normal use the default components work fine.
