Not exactly a project outage, but LHC has managed to "loose" the news section of their forum - it doesn't look intentional as their home page has an error message:
No news forum. Run html/ops/create_forums.php.

iThena.Measurements is "temporarily" shut down for maintenance. About 5 days now...

Both iThena COMPUTATIONAL & MEASURES have been down over 10 days according to my pending upload task list.

They are more off-line than online. The way they run the 2 projects I seriously doubt they even know they are off-line / no schedulers url available.

Einstein@home web site seems to be down.
Edit: Proxy Error
The proxy server could not handle the request
Reason: DNS lookup failure for: einstein11.aei.uni-hannover.de
