World Community Grid: Planned Maintenance on Thursday, October 11

We will be applying an important operating system update to our
servers on Thursday, October 11, beginning at 14:00 UTC. We anticipate
that the work will take approximately four hours.

During some of this time, volunteers will not be able to upload or download new
work, and the website will not be accessible.

Volunteers will not need to take any particular action, as your devices will
automatically retry their connections after the maintenance work is completed.

For the second night in a row WuProp's database has gone off-line.
[grumble]I wish Seb would place a notice on the web site at least 1 day prior if he is taking it off line to back up and/or do "security patches" to the server(s).]/grumble]

CPDN has been down since around 0200 UCT.

Edit: Though zips seem to be uploading though on my connection it will be a while before I know whether a 160MB zip is successful in going through. Last time, I made and drank a second batch of coffee before it finished and that included grinding the beans.

Citizen Science Grid (CSG) has been offline since 2018-11-07 04:31:32 UTC according to BoincStats.

Confirmed Web site is not reachable.

The project's database server is down. Please check back in a few hours. On message boards for cpdn, However zips seem to be uploading OK.

Hi All,
At 3:30pm (UK time) today I will be taking the project offline. This is in order to get a clean database dump. This will be used to synchronise the slave and master databases. I am afraid I don't know exactly how long this process will take, however I anticipate it will be a number of hours.

I have a couple of data files that are ready to report and upload, but haven't been able to do so in the last couple of days, for Universe@Home.
I keep getting the Communication deferred. I would like to be able to upload those files soon, before the 11/25/18 deadline.

Is there an ETA or update on when the servers will be back in communication?

The project managers don't appear to think the courtesy of an updated twitter or facebook account is important in order to keep their participants in the loop regarding their servers' status ? =:/

Server crash
As you probably notice we had serious crash on server.
Unfortunately, both SSD's with project database in RAID1 configuration died simultaneously...
I have restored database from backup on second server but data are 24h oldest then crash time.

The project's database server is down. Please check back in a few hours.

Not completely however as zips are still uploading. (Also out of work currently unless something has changed since I went to bed last night.)
