It is owned and operated by a PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL. 2) The web sites owner let the SSL/Security Certificate EXPIRE/has NOT renewed it. The site is possibly safe to visit (at your OWN risk until the SSL has been renewed.) However, the server is not accessible. The homepage not either :-( Can anyone tell me whether they have only a temporary outage, or whether the Rosetta project does no longer exist.
