Hello, I've change my username in the BOINC system. This change has been applied in the stats of the active projects (Rosetta@home and SETI@home), but in the stats of the retired projects (Proteins@home and Superlink@Technion) the username showed is the previous one. How can I get the new username were changed in the stats of the retired projects? Thanks. |

Without access to their databases, you cannot. So if these projects are retired, you cannot. |

Hello, how could I contact with someone who could make the changes in that databases? Thanks. |

Normally when projects are retired, the project administrators take the whole project and thus the database off line. So even if they would change things in that database, BOINC wouldn't know about it because the project isn't online. |

Thank you, Ageless, for your explanation. OK, I understand the situation. It seems that there is no solution ... |

If you were a BAM user before the project gets "retired" at BOINCstats, you can update the stats from a retired project to reflect your new account information and CPID. However, this can't be done if you join after the project is retired because it is more difficult to verify that you are the account owner for the cached stats info. Other stats sites might have similar functionality, but I don't have much experience with them. My Detailed BOINC Stats ![]() |

I'm afraid that I created my BAM account after that projects were retired. Thanks. |
