I'm 58 and from West Virginia. I'm a petty bureaucrat. I have six children and five grandchildren. Two wives...sequentially, not simultaneously...two dogs, four cats, three parakeets, and two lovebirds who just hatched three love children...ugly little bastards, anyone who doesn't believe dinosaurs evolved into birds never saw one fresh from the egg. I'm under treatment for PTSD (no, not from Vietnam...I'm a pacifist...from Christianity.) A good day is one without an icepick headache, a good night is one when I don't wake up screaming. Last night I woke my wife up cussing out the Pope. I get drunk every Friday night whether I need to or not.
I've spent the last 25 years fighting back against the rising tide of Christian Zionism and losing. I'm a blasphemer and a heretic and proud of it. At least when my grandchildren's children ask why someone didn't do something before it was too late for this country and the world I won't have anything to be ashamed of.

I'm interested in Artificial Intelligence because we're running out of the real thing and need a back up plan.
