I'm currently living in the Wetterau, which is a Hessian region to the north of Frankfurt am Main in Germany and I'm in my late thirties. My profession is industrial business management assistant (Industriekaufmann). Besides I also studied some microbiology, but haven't finished with a degree, and I worked in facility management.
Since May 1999 I participate in SETI@home and later on also in a number of other public distributed computing projects which are running on the BOINC platform.
Computers are some sort of hobby to me and I really enjoy bringing them to use by getting involved in scientific projects.
