Hi all,

I'm setting up a new project at the moment and have had some difficulty with the recent server_status.php file. Namely, this error appears at the top of the page (project/server_status.php);

"Notice: Undefined index: host in /home/boincadm/projects/sr5/html/user/server_status.php on line 266 Notice: Undefined index: host in /home/boincadm/projects/sr5/html/user/server_status.php on line 280 Notice: Undefined index: host in /home/boincadm/projects/sr5/html/user/server_status.php on line 292"

The result being that when I have daemons running on the server, the status page says they are not running, a confusing issue!

From this thread (http://srbase.myfirewall.org/sr5/forum_thread.php?id=72&postid=273#273) I established I wasn't the only one having issues and it wasn't necessarily server side issues, but more BOINC code issues. I went through the github repository and grabbed this version of the server_status.php file (https://github.com/BOINC/boinc/blob/client_release/7/7.4/html/user/server_status.php) and everything works perfectly.

I'm new to the forum/development community on here and figured this was the best place to put this update/"question" - I apologize beforehand if it isn't!

I was just putting this out there in case anyone else had the same issue, and if so they solved it using a different method, and also to alert the developers in case they were unaware. :)

Yes, the new server_status page isnt useful. Run an older version and all is ok. We have used it also at Bitcoin Utopia.
