Is there a current version of the BOINC client installation available for raspberry pi?

A BOINC version 7.0.27 built especially for the Pi is only available through the repository of Raspbian. If you feel you need a newer version, you can always request it at http://burdeview.blogspot.nl/p/raspberry-pi-boinc-project-ive-created.html, or if you have the knowledge on how to, build a newer BOINC yourself. Debian Jessie should be considered "beta test" until its official release (some time early 2015), although I have been running it for months on 6 Pi's. MarkJ ID: 58317 ·
