It has been happening for a couple of weeks I think.

There is a notice about the third birthday for one of my projects. The first time that BOINC Manager froze, I was trying to read the whole notice (more than one full page) and expand a photo within the notice. I have no idea if this issue is related to that notice.

When it freezes, it 'greys out' (loses colour and becomes unresponsive). When it happened to me earlier today,I decided to leave it and see what happened. I left it for 3 hours, and there was no change whatsoever.

As far as I can tell, the BOINC client continues working.

...I just tried it now because I thought maybe it's stopped happening. It was all working OK, and I thought maybe the issue had resolved itself, but then I clicked somewhere on the page within the Notices tab, and it's just frozen.

Yes it's 7.2.42. Sorry it took so long for me to reply. I have subscribed to this thread now.

I have been able to see the notices today, so I won't update just yet.
